Nurturing creativity

The life of Ferran Adrià (L’Hospitalet, Barcelona, 1962 has been a long-distance race: from chef to global guru. He turned the world of gastronomy upside down and was considered one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2004.  This artist, who constantly “feeds creativity” with new proposals for innovation from the Bulli Foundation, will be interviewed by journalist Marta Fernández.
