Lena Falkenhagen

Lena Falkenhagen (Celle, 1973) is an author of novels and computer games. 

She studied German and English Philology and has published historical novels such as Die Lichtermagd (Heyne, 2009), awarded with the DELIA Literature Prize, and Die letzte Hanseatin (Heyne, 2013), as well as the science fiction title Undercover (Heyne, 2011), part of the “Justifiers” saga by Markus Heitz. 

In addition to her career as a novelist, Falkenhagen is also a translator and author of computer games, including Drankensang Online (Bigpoint) and Beholder 3 (Paintbucket).

Since 2021, she has also been a professor and head of the Game Design Department at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
