Núria Tamarit

Illustrator

Núria Tamarit (Villa-real, Castellón, 1993) has a degree in fine arts. She has participated in fanzines such as Belice, Club del Còmic de València, Saxífono, and Sacoponcho. She has had exhibitions in bookshops including Bartleby (Valencia), Delirio (Móstoles, Madrid), and Solent University in Southampton (UK). 

She is co-founder of the fanzine Nimio, which won the Best Fanzine Award at the Barcelona International Comic Fair in 2016, and has participated in the magazine Voltio.

She published Duerme pueblo (La Cúpula, 2016) in collaboration with Xulia Vicente, as well as Avery’s blues (Dibbuks, 2016), in collaboration with the scriptwriter Angux. Dos monedas (La Cúpula, 2019), which she wrote herself, received the 1st Valencian Graphic Novel Award and has been translated into seven languages.

Her most recent publications are El enebro (La Cúpula, 2021), Giganta (Norma editorial, 2021), with texts by JC Deveney,  and Loba boreal (La Cúpula, 2022).
