Pepa Fernández

Journalist and writer

Pepa Fernández (Cervera, 1965) is a journalist. She holds a Degree in Information Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has always worked in radio and has been a member of the Radio Nacional de España team since 1993.

For 20 years, she has led the radio show No es un día cualquiera and since 2019 she directs and presents De pe a pa, the second part of Las Mañanas de RNE.

She is also a professor at the Blanquerna Faculty of Communication at Ramon Llull University.

In 2008 she published the book Lo que la vida enseña (La Esfera de los Libros), which is based on conversations with such important figures as Miguel Delibes, José Saramago, Josefina Aldecoa and María Dolores Pradera.
